    Dear Premier Inn Team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional support provided by Mr. Jabed during my recent stay at Premier Inn London from 18 May to 24 May 2026. After a long and exhausting 14-hour international flight, I arrived at the hotel around 6pm in the evening only to face a major issue with my booking provider, as the hotel payment had apparently not been processed correctly despite being fully prepaid. I was understandably stressed especially because I had an extremely important examination scheduled the very next morning at 8:00 AM. During this difficult situation, Mr. Jabed handled everything with outstanding professionalism, patience, kindness, and empathy. He took personal responsibility in helping resolve the issue, coordinated the necessary checks, and ensured that both my accommodation and prepaid breakfast arrangements were sorted out properly. What impressed me most was not just his efficiency, but the genuine care and reassurance he showed when I was exhausted and far from home. His calm and supportive approach made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. In hospitality, moments like these truly define excellent service, and Mr. Jabed is a credit to Premier Inn. Employees who go above and beyond for guests deserve to be recognised, and I sincerely hope his efforts are acknowledged by the management team.

    Awful awful awful experience. Was supposed to have a family room for myself, my sister and our kids. We arrived with only room for 3 of us. No resolution to try and improve the experience. Took an hour to actually get the room we should have got. No apology just blaming the reservation line and each other. Ruined our weekend.

    Staying at Premiere Inn Holborn is all about value. You have to know what you’re paying for. Yes there’s no frig telephone or safe in the rooms unless you pay for premium. But we found it to be safe quiet (relatively) and friendly. Danielle was very nice and thoughtful. When we could not understand how their blow dryer worked, she personally walked up to the 3rd floor showed us how it works. Electrical switches in the UK are very different than the U.S. they have several main switches and need to be coordinated for everything to work. Danielle was sweet and thoughtful. We stayed at a $400 a night hotel earlier on this trip and her customer service was exceptional. Know what you’re paying for and don’t over expect. Great value for the price.

    The location was great for restaurants, 15 min walk from Covent Garden. Room was clean and easy to get to. Storage for clothes adequate. Breakfast and restaurant clean and Gurdy very helpful and friendly. Room was too warm for me and needs more tea and coffee even though you can grab more in reception, but didn’t know this at the time, so could do with receptionist telling you this. Checking out - we checked out prior to having breakfast and was told by Restaurant Manager that reception should have offered to take our suitcases rather than us bring them down with us, as receptionist knew we were going to breakfast. Receptionist smelled strongly of cigarettes too 🙁 but was friendly.

    Avoid This Hotel – Formal Complaint & Warning to Others Please see the attached pictures. Do not stay at Premier Inn London Holborn hotel. The advertised “Good Night Guarantee” is misleading and not honoured in reality. The room was in an unacceptable condition on arrival — the curtain and rail had completely fallen down, clearly showing poor maintenance and lack of basic quality checks. During the night, there was loud banging on doors and continuous noise at around 3 AM. Sleep was impossible. I attempted to contact reception, but the phone system redirected me to a virtual assistant instead of a staff member. When I went to reception in person, there was no staff available, which is a serious failure for any hotel. This raises real concerns about both customer service and guest safety. The following morning, I reported everything to the manager, but instead of resolving the issue, I was told to contact customer relations. This dismissive response only made the situation worse. Based on this experience, I am requesting a full refund and appropriate compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused. Overall, this hotel failed on every level — room condition, service, and complaint handling. I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
